How the selection works

  1. ApplicationLeave your contact details. No CV needed.
  2. Motivational video – round 1Answer four questions you can see in advance. Take your time to prepare and record, as many times as you like. 2–3 minutes.
  3. Round 2 – follow-up questionsAfter round 1 we send you six more questions. You will not see them in advance: one question appears at a time, you get a moment to think and a short time limit to answer. This round is not about preparation but about thinking on your feet.
  4. FinalOnce you complete both rounds, someone from our team will contact you to arrange an in-person or online meeting.

Why video?

You will work with demanding clients, and the way you present yourself is essential in this role. A video shows it better than any CV. Together, both rounds make up your motivational video.
